Teachers and Administrators

For the LORD gives wisdom; from His mouth comes knowledge and understanding in Jesus name Amen! ~ Proverbs 2:6

Heavenly Father, Thank You for every teacher and administrator. Thank You for the unique gifts, talents, and calling You have placed within each of them. We are grateful for their willingness to invest in the lives of others and to serve with excellence.

Grant them wisdom from above to navigate every challenge they encounter. Fill them with discernment to make sound decisions, patience to endure difficult moments, and strength to fulfill the responsibilities You have entrusted to them.

May love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control be their portion each day. Let the fruit of Your Spirit be evident in every interaction with students, parents, colleagues, and the community.

Help them to lead with integrity, teach with wisdom, and respond with grace. Renew their strength when they grow weary, encourage their hearts when they feel discouraged, and remind them that their labor is never in vain.

Surround them with Your favor and protection. Give them creative insight, clear understanding, and compassionate hearts as they cultivate safe, welcoming, and nurturing learning environments. Let Your peace guard their hearts and minds, and may they reflect the love and character of Jesus in all they do.

We thank You in advance for equipping and sustaining every teacher and administrator. May they walk confidently in the purpose You have for them and be a light to everyone they serve. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray Amen!
