True Love

  • Dear Children, let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth (1 John 3:18)

  • Whoever does not love does not know GOD because GOD is LOVE (1 John 4:8)

  • No one has ever seen GOD. If we love one another, GOD lives in us and his love is made complete in us (1 John 4:12)

  • This is love for GOD: to keep his commands and his commands are not burdensome (1 John 5:3)

  • This is love: that we walk in obedience to his commands as you have heard from the beginning, his command is that you walk in love (2 John 1:6)


Reflection Thought: True love goes beyond words! It is revealed in our obedience to God and the way we treat others. When we walk in love, we carry God’s presence within us, showing the world who He truly is.


Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank you for who you are! Help us to not merely express love by our words, but with grace, truth, and action. Let your love flow through us so that others may see you as you truly are. Empower us and make us holy according to your word for your word is truth! Your kingdom come, your will be done, in us and through us for your glory in Jesus name Amen!
